Regular maintenance, nothing is new until Friday. Apple wouldn’t announce anything online, that’s silly.
Although MobileMe could be up for sale soon, or even functioning.
I heard that the .me mail is working now, i think gizmodo posted it
.me mail is working, but not the webapp just the servers. Say If i sent an email to crunchaweezy@me.com it would arrive .Mac account’s mailbox.
is the push email portion work with .me?
Thank god I thought it was the first sign of the apocalypse. I suppose thats if google goes down… then its time to hide in the cellar
.me email is working for most people and mobileme is launching july 9 between 6 pm and midnight
see here
@crunchaweezy, where else, praytell, would Apple announce/release new products instead of their web site (plus retail stores)?
What with the rumors of the new App Store possibly coming out early this week, I wouldn’t have been surprised at all if this morning’s store outage had turned out to be tied to the App Store.
It means that mac.me is being uploaded!
it isn’t coming out until the 11th lol I’m pretty sure it isn’t going to be changed.
so once you wake up on the morning of the 11th it should be released.
maybe…
not sure about you European folk, no idea when yall will get the software update, but I know I will get mine at 8 AM supposedly
@XCnuse, if you log on to http://mac.com it tells you officially from apple that .mac is being released on the 9th between 6pm and midnight. see the link i posted above.
and its not going to be called mac.me, its just http://me.com
oh
ahah, well I don’t have a mac so it doesn’t bother me lol i’m just waiting for the 11th to come that’s all
i just remember reading that TUAW thought that ‘me’ was going to be released today or yesterday or whenever that was.
.me mail is working but not the domain
