How to sell this job on my cv?

I’m trying to update my CV for my current job but I’m not the best at selling these types of things on my cv.

I run stock takes for external companies, I deal with calling/visiting store managers prior the event to arrange and confirm details of the count and what they could do to help us.

The stores are up to 15 manned stores, meaning I will manage upto 15 people depending on what store it is.
In the counts my job is to keep the manager happy that accuracy, efficacy, etc is ok and keep the store manager happy through out.

I want bullet points for my cv that can sum this up but I will settle for a good small paragraph.
