I always wanted to try wingsuit jumping.
Continue as usual.
As I have no fear.
@Squeeky2 huh That’s a good one.
@secondhandstoke, mind over matter.
Take over this world, muhahahahahah!
Yep, the only thing to fear is fear itself. I have no fear either. It’s called enlightenment. I may not always be happy with my lot, but no serious neurotic fear anymore. Maturity is magic, you realize that fear and worry do nothing to change your destiny, it is about learning to live with uncertainty. Everything is uncertain and transient, that’s life.
@Colma well said, those are words to live by.
I have the fear health problems can give a person. I would hike 5 miles in the woods if I knew I wouldn’t lose my breath.
@jonsblond if I could grant you that wish you would feel it this instance.
I honestly can’t think of anything. The reason I don’t go sky diving, zip lining or anything else like that is not out of fear, but just because it’s expensive. And actually, I am going zip lining in the spring, when they open again, so…
Maybe I’d learn to drive? Though half the reason I don’t do that is because I don’t need to, at this time. (shrugs) I really don’t know.
Finally start living my life!
Live my day as usual
Because I always wake up with no fear
No fear? I assume you’re talking about rational fear, and not pathological phobia. You do realize that there is a very good reason why we have fears, right? I know me pretty well. If I woke up tomorrow with no fear, I’d be dead tomorrow afternoon doing something really stupid.
Fear causes me to do very risky things relatively safely by making me want to build up a knowledge base and take proper precautions. No use having these experiences unless you can live to tell about them. I would be an absolute fool to solo sail 800 miles from Florida to Martinique without the proper training and equipment., or jump off a 300 foot cliff strapped to a hang glider without at least some instruction and knowledge of thermoclines.
Ride my motorcycle across the country and then into Alaska. Then I’d turn around and ride to Cape Horn.
Probably something very stupid.
That is a great question. I initially thought no fear whatsoever I’d be wildly promiscuous. Then I realized how much respect comes into play with sex. Well crap, I’d behave and not change anything. I always thought it was fear of a STD. That isn’t it.
Make friends with a shark or a crocodile? Now that’s something you can do only once..
I gather there’s a bit more behind that answer. Care to expand. You don’t have to, just curious.
Just my fear of them? I’ve never seen a shark in real life (and I’m more than glad about that) but I’ve seen a crocodile and I didn’t like it. I don’t trust water that much anyway. Oh and where I live, we never had such things (or never heard about having any) but I’ve been hearing stuff about small sharks (and that one was about places I’ve been and it totally freaked me out, since I’ve spent many summer days swimming faaaaar away from the shore and ermm it so ruined it for me). No big story behind it, really.
@bluish I’ve seen a shark, in the water, it was a small one, a clownfish, a sandfish, squid and jelly fish. None of which went after me. But I don’t stay on the surface long. That’s not a good place to be.
The bottom isn’t good either, if the Kraken decides to say hi.
That is not fun at all. Oh man
Suntan at Santa Monica beach…
I’d up and leave my town and head to the highlands of Scotland to live. I’d have no job or home to move to but I’d try to wing it until it all fell into place.
@Leanne1986 But the bigger question is whether you would vote to stay or become an independent nation.
Punch a couple of people in the face.
