Would you like it if Fluther had more users and more activity, or less active, or do you like it the way it is?

I like Fluther the way it is now. I like this small but close-knit community, and the question asked here isn’t a problem to me.

But that doesn’t mean I’m not welcome new users. To me it’s the intimacy that counts, not the amount of users.

I would love to have an influx with fresh questions. As it is now, I can almost read a question and know who is asking without looking.

Although when we had the influx when one of the other sites closed down, there were so many questions being asked at one time, I couldn’t keep up. So, somewhere in between that and the slowness it is experiencing now.

More people, more questions.

If more users meant more questions of substance, then I say bring it on. If we can somehow get more quality questions asked with who is already here, I can fly with that. I would hope new users could only make it better.

I liked it better when things were busier (like about 2–3 years ago) before Google changed it’s algorithms and relegated us to an overlooked corner of the Internet.

I can’t see how things could be significantly less busy without being half a breath away from dead.
Also, I miss a lot of the old users from that time period. I love new users also but they are pretty few and far between nowadays.

More of everything, logging into Fluther now, you can almost hear the echo.

More questions, but fine with the people. I like knowing everyone.

I’m fine with how things are, there have been quite a few new users lately, whether or not they are participating much I don;t know.
New people are great but I also enjoy all of us old timers, it’s like a neighborhood of friends. :-)

More users and more questions. I liked the activity levels of about 2–3 years ago.

More knowledge, less opinion. So… I guess more users.

I wish the old users would come back. Red Power Lady comes to mind.

More people, more questions. I also would love more users from outside of the US and basically more diversity in every way from ethnicity to religion, etc.

@Dutchess_III Now that is odd. I just thought of her as I was answering ItalianPrincess’ Q about breastfeeding. Is that what made you think of redpowerlady? Then, a friend of mine late last night posted on facebook about the controversy regarding the Washington Redskins, and I thought of her again. Now, I see your comment here. Maybe my aunt is right and I am psychic?
