Or, if you meant AIM then these
I’m not sure what you are asking exactly. Aim can mean many things so i will pick one.
On certain gun sights we use M.O.A, minutes of arc. A typical sight might have a spec that says “¼ MOA per click”. That corresponds to an aiming resolution of ¼ inch at 100 yards or 7mm at 100 meters.
@kiki__ I didn’t understand what you were asking either. Could you clarify?
@adirondackwannabe i don’t understand what equivalents mean? I have to find equivalents for certain words like aim. Do i have to find a description or another word or what?

Ooooo…You were not asking a technical question.
Do you mean like a goal or a purpose or an intent?
Yes, could be the aims of a movement.
@kiki__ Equivalents are words that convey the same or similar meaning. If I hit my thumb with a hammer, and I say any of a variety of swear words, you’ll get the point it hurt. All those words would be equivalents.
Another word for equivalent in @Adirondackwannabe‘s example would be synonym. So your question could just as easily read, “Find synonyms for these words:...”
IBM . If AIM is the advanced idea mechanics.
You can use a thesaurus.
If you type aim into the search box, it will provide you with a list of the various meanings the word ‘aim’ can have and alternative words you can use.
Give it a go.
Aim is what most folks do after they fire.
talking about goal setting here
Equivalent is confusing. Substitute would be better. And aim can be either a noun or a verb. For example aim can mean goal or desire. But then as a predicate, aim can mean to point or direct.

There is an Italian proverb that sat over my desk for years. ‘It is not enough to aim, you must hit’.
@majorrich Yeah, we had something similar over the urinal at work.
Lol! Wise place to put it!
