It’s on the DVR. I’m currently catching up on The Bridge.
I’ll keep you posted.
I enjoyed it! In my family, we’re Batman fans.
I liked how they started off the first 10 minutes building layers of relationships and characters, right off.
Creative and well done… But do we really need more violence on TV? Isn’t there enough of it on the news?
I’m a huge Batman fan, I have absolutely no interest what-so-ever in this show.
LIke another Small ville im not into it.
Well, I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m buoyed by the responses. As for Smallville, I thought that was a terrific show.
@osoraro In Small ville I kept waiting for Clarks superpowers to manifest faster.
@talljasperman Then if that’s all you were looking for then I think you missed the point of the series.
@filmfann I just finished the episode and I thought it was very good. It’s basically a crime drama, and I’ve seen better crime dramas, but for setting up a pre-Batman mythos, it was a good use of an hour. I’ll certainly keep watching.
It’s a maybe for me. I will enact my 3 episode rule and see what happens.
I thought the story should have shown a bit about how Gotham became so corrupt. The generation before batman. Maybe it’s coming.
Didn’t like it at all, I thought the acting was terrible, and the writing was really weak. But I loved the actor who played Jim Gordon, he’s the only bright spot in the show in my opinion.
