If so, what’s your favorite fruit/vegetable combination?

My favorite post-workout protein smoothie contains 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ¾ cup water, 2 big handfuls of spinach leaves, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, and ½ cup frozen mango. It comes out of the blender a gorgeous bright green color and tastes like summer. So tasty! I sometimes switch out the pineapple and mango with 1 cup of frozen strawberries.

I’m not a fan of veggie smoothies at all.

Every morning I blend together:
Banana
Yogurt
Orange juice
Frozen blueberries
Fists full of spinach or kale

I totally forgot banana. Half a frozen banana also goes into both smoothies I described.

Sure why not? Though smoothies can get pricey and unless a ton of fiber is added I usually get hungry 2 hours later

Not really. I have a good friend that has tried to get me to drink a veg/fruit combo for lunch. It does nothing for me. I have tried adding gin and that helps somewhat but makes the afternoon interesting.

Not really, I do like banana/orange smoothies and chocolate/banana. I love the GNC Banana Whey protein powder mixed with OJ or chocolate soy milk. I like a couple shots of wheat grass now and then but I am a cabbage ho, I eat boatloads of cabbage which is a super food in itself.

Yes; if I want to take the time:
Banana
Milk
Frozen blueberries (plus sometimes strawberries also)
Fists full of spinach

Haha, I’m horribly picky so no. I really need to work on my diet though.
