Can your country ever get a second stock market?
Canada had three before the BreX gold mine corruption. The Toronto, Alberta and Vancouver stock exchanges. What about your country? Could yours have a second exchange?

The United States has quite a few. And it has four primary listing exchanges: NYSE, NASDAQ, NYSE MKT, and NYSE Arca.
There are also quite a few competing exchanges: BATS, Direct Edge, Chicago, BATS Y Exchange, and about 40 other trading venues.
Canadian securities laws are different in that certain transactions are regulated by Provincial Governments. Makes it harder to create a new exchange.
I’m sure it is possible, but since my country only has about 22 million people, there probably isn’t the need for it.
