If you just mean a smoke-like effect then dry ice is probably your best bet. If you mean actual noxious, choking smoke then, umm, you got me.
Welcome to Fluther.
In other words, it appears that what you want, or what your teacher has asked you to do, is to produce “the appearance of smoke” without an open flame and real smoke (which one presumes the school would not allow for various safety reasons) or a noxious / dangerous chemical reaction and resultant fumes (which would have the same restriction for the sake of safety). If that’s what you want, one hopes that you also have a good relationship with your English teacher, who could help you to express that idea more clearly and accurately using Standard English. You may think I’m a dick now, but just wait until you leave school and continue to write so badly; you’ll be skinned alive. Worse, if you can’t read well, you may not even realize it. I hope you will spend more time here and keep writing to improve; as worded, that question was awful.
This link may help to explain the effect that you’re after, and give you some practical means of achieving it.
Good luck.
The link I provided does that, @CWOTUS . It is a simple and safe science experiment, used by kids, under supervision frequently. Unlike mixing chlorine and ammonia, which is deadly, the above experiment is harmless..
