What do you think about Michael Moore or his shows?
Just intersted in giving you a place to vent on topic from my previous question on his new documentary “Go-Karting with Karl”. Or any of his other works.

I’m a fan of his older documentaries. Roger & Me is a fave. I haven’t seen much of his newer work.
@jonsblond I’ve never heard of Roger & Me edit I saw the trailer, he looks so young.
My first introduction to him was a writing class (122 style and argument) in college. We watched Rodger & Me and it was used as a way to teach how to set up a good argument by asserting your point and then providing evidence to prove your point. And also to say what opposing viewpoints will be and knock them down first.
I think he is a charlatan. His brand of “journalism” is sensationalism, one sided arguments, statements taken out of context and outright bullshit. He is praised by the types who don’t let facts get in the way of their ideology. He is the left’s version of Anne Coulter.
I like watching his movies. Of course he is extremely biased, but I think he still sheds light on topics we prefer to ignore.
Show me anyone involved in politics on any level who isn’t biased. As for Moore, I find his films entertaining, but tend to take them with a grain of salt. And think what you will about his “documentaries” but the man has a knack for comedy. I dare you to watch Canadian Bacon and not laugh. It’s too bad he didn’t pursue that kind of thing more.
I loved it when he basically butt-fucked Chuck Heston in the grounds of his asylum, very amusing.
I think he goes a bit overboard on sensationalism , but that probably is for an entertainment value, he does get the point across and makes you think.
As for him being one sided ,gee think Fox news is maybe one sided as well?
I just watched Manufacturing dissent. A documentary on Michael Moore. Kept me entertained fot 2 hours.
Liberal lies, first class.
