Is there any good tools for syncing iCal with Windows Exchange?

I´m working in a mixed environment and I´d like to keep my calendars in iCal. But I need to sync them with the company exchange server, including busy/free calendars. I ain´t getting much support so I have to find out myself. Exchange seems kind of slippery to understand to me.

Snow leopard is supposed to include Exchange support.

I use Spanning Sync to sync ical with google cal. Then you can sync google cal to a pc with outlook. It is round about but it might work for you.
