Mexican Jellies: Can you help me find some tax information about property in Mexico?

Asked by JLeslie (65722points) November 24th, 2014

I’m trying to find the tax page for an address in Herradura in EDO de Mex. I’m looking for the ownership history and if there are taxes due. I found this link but my Spanish is not good enough for this sort of thing to get to the page where I enter the address. If you can link me to that page I would appreciate it.

Any additional info on the property, like the address or location? What I’ve found so far looks like the taxes are minimal, the real expense of transferring it is the notary. Or what we call attorneys.

I have the address, but I am not worried about transferring the property. I just want to get the sheet for the property. Did you find the page where you enter the address?

I haven’t got that page yet. Still trying.

I’m not having any luck on finding a search for individual properties.

I already gave the government site in my original details.
