Have you ever had the perfect sleeping position?
One where your arm’s circulation is not cut off? How do you manage to find the perfect spot to put your arms?

I tend to sleep with my arms above my head. A lot of times that causes circulation problems. My most comfortable position is on my back lying flat with my arms on my stomach.
I am a belly flopper sleeper with one leg drawn up and my hands/arms under my pillows. I wake up sometimes with my hands asleep and numb because I have been laying on them. haha Gotta fling the dead parts over the side of the bed and wait for circulation to be restored.
I have such a blast playing with my sleeping hand in the middle of the night when the cut circulation wakes me up.
Every night on my waterbed. It flexes to my body. Nothing gets squished.
I’ve been sleeping on waterbeds for 37 years. Love them. Sleeping on an innerspring mattress is inumane.
I sleep on a memory foam, it remembers where to cut off the circulation. lol
@dxs Do you snore in that position? That is not sleeping that is playing dead. Here, let me stick a rose in your folded hands across your chest. WHY do men always sleep like corpses? lol
I sleep on my side, one hand under the pillow, the other resting in my side. My circulation doesn’t get cut off.
@Coloma It’s better than the fetal position. I find myself in that position when I’m cold. It keeps me warm but I always get achy afterward. The casket position is by far the best for posture.
I don’t always sleep this way but after a couple of nights of sleeping wrong, I will sleep on my back with a small pillow on my lower back. This seems to keep me from changing positions and I will put both of my hands on my belly. It keeps my arms straight and my arms from ending up in an awkward position. Oh, I will also not sleep with a pillow. Once in a blue moon I will sleep all weird and my elbows and shoulders will lock into place above my head under my pillow. That is painful. If it happens more than twice in a short span, Then I will sleep on my back like I said. I find it amusing. I tell my husband I am practicing for my coffin. Don’t want to get it wrong in the final curtain call. LOL
Ever since my shoulder was injured in an accident, I have to sleep on that side with my arm out straight to feel comfortable. I used to sleep on my stomach.
Okay…here’s the test..I’m for sure a free faller most of the time, alternating with the Foetus.
I am gregarious but not brash, well, unless called for. lol
