Who is going to be here on Thanksgiving, and if not, why?
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, who is going to logon, and if not, why not? This being such a great place, you would not tear yourself away from family (where there is always the potential of an argument), or from the front of the TV for endless games of football? Those who plan to stop by, how many hours are you going to devote to Fluther?

I think I will, because I know no Thanksgiving here. I’m confined in my room all day working. And I will be here for just a couple of minutes, during my break.
I expect that I will check in.
I’ll be around, checking in late afternoon. The feast is with my mother at the dining room where she lives; by myself from 2 o’clock on. I’d go to a movie but I work on Friday.
I’ll probably be here. It’s just me this Thanksgiving. In fact, it has passed midnight, so I already am here.
Canadian here, our Thanksgiving is gone by. And I won’t be here because I have to go to work, so scew you guys. :D
It’s 1:15 am for me right now. Technically Tanksgiving.
I put two pumpkin pies in the oven at 10:35 pm and then watched Maleficent with my daughter while the pies were baking. The movie is over and the pies are cooling for two hours, so I’m killing time by Fluthering and baking a bacon streusel coffee cake for the family to eat in the morning.
candied bacon ftw
I will. It’s not thanksgiving where I am. We don’t have it. I hope everyone else has fun.
I’m working preps through much of the night. I will be in and out.
Kids! Happy!
I probably will, just staying home, no family this year.
1:55 AM prepping the “auxilliary” turkey for the oven. Old episodes of the West Wing to keep me company while the wife snoozes. God’s in His Heaven.
Means nowt to me, so i’ll probably show up at some point.
I don’t think there’ll be a noticeable difference, this place is slow as fuck anyway.
We don’t serve dinner until late afternoon. Did all our prep yesterday, so once the bird is in, nothing to do but wait. I’ll be by, between napping and reading comics.
I haven’t devoted hours to Fluther in a long time. I’m here now. Might be back later, might not.
It’s Thursday morning, 6:45 AM, and here I am. I’m staying with my inlaws and I am just laying here in bed killing some time to let them rest. I don’t want to make noise in the house, because they both are sleeping late, and I want them to sleep. I brought water into my room last night, I don’t do that at home, so this morning I could take my morning pills without going into the kitchen. Plus, I like a slow morning, and I like a little private time while staying with other people. The easiest way to get it is in the morning.
I’m here now, typical morning. I woke up thinking it’s Saturday, as that would be my typical day off. Last night I kept thinking it was Friday night. I’m going to parents’ house later, no food necessary to bring, so I’m just going to tidy up this morning. The snow from yesterday is like a crust on my car so I have to take care of that later. I love mornings where I get to stay home, solo and not rush out the door. Then I’ll be back on here later tonight when I get back home.
Sure. It’s not Thanksgiving here.
What is the day today?
I don’t even know where I am and when, leave alone that I care about thanksgiving.
Oh heck… I am in Paris and my family is 4,500 miles away. Might as well drop in here.
Thursday noon in Texas, USA. Waiting on the turkey.
Here I am. Now where’s the turkey?
Cooking and with family but in and out from time to time.
I’m here, because we’re doing TG on Saturday. Today it’s just me, my husband, football and Fluther. And Facebook.
Still here… I dad my thanksgiving pizza last month. (Canadian).
I had… sorry for the typo.
@snowberry Thursday noon in Texas, USA. Waiting on the turkey.
You got G.W. to drop by, how? Where did you put the Secret Service
@dxs Here I am. Now where’s the turkey?
At Crawford or at @snowberry home.
Am cooking a $45 roast if anyone can make it to Red Deer in this weather (snow covered roads). I don’t have any sides so I hope a half a banana and some cake will do.
$45 roast??? Is is a Roast of Unicorn?
Oh, that explains it! Those are steaks here. Roast is a haunch you throw in the crockpot. they can be expensive, like $8, but they often have buy one get one free.
