Under “Log out” in Fluther, “Questions for You” what is happening lately? Does the number stay the same?

The number changes as you view the questions listed as “questions for you”. You don’t have to answer them for the number to change.
What @Seaofclouds said. If you open “Questions for you”, as you open the questions, the number reduces by one. Same with “Activity”.
It is happening lately just a s it has happened all along.
@flo This question would be best under meta.
It goes down once you open the question. On rare occasions, I see old questions under Questions for You, and sometimes the same question pops up more than once. But overall, it has been working very well lately, which is nice.

It does, unless another question gets posted just as you click on to it. I have had that happen.
Thanks all. That is exactly was my suspicion, @Here2_.
Not in many. many months.
I just answered one of the questions it didn’t go down. So, I don’t think it can happen twice in 2 days.
Your thing is broke. Ask for a new one.
Your Make-the-numbers-go-down thing.
Working as normal for me – the number goes down as I view each question.
Something wrong with your browser cache maybe?
Mine has been a little sketchy too lately. What happens is that the number doesn’t go down immediately after I return from each question.
However, after I’m done with all of them and click on Home or General, then it reduces for the total of all the Qs visited.
It’s not that big a deal because it does go down eventually so I didn’t even bother mentioning it.
Okay. By the way I meant to add, It happened (I think) after it got to 1000. I hardly use the feature so I don’t know what it was doing before it got to 1000.
“Messages for you” and “Activity for you” and everything else no problem.
I don’t think it is a big deal either I was just curious.
Well, fwiw, mine has been above 1,000 for years and this just started happening recently.
It’s the CIA. They [redacted] but I found a way around that. Just ]and then they can’t _[redacted].
