What's something cool to do with outdated soda pop?

I have 2 12-packs and 1 2-liter of diet pop that is way past expiration. I have a pellet gun and I thought about just using them for target practice, but that seemed kind of boring.
Any cool ideas?
I think 1 12-pack is carbonated, one non. 2-liter is Diet Coke.

Go out walking around and when you pass someone shake up a can and open it pointed in their direction. OOPS…so sorry!. lol
I had a car once that had a wonkey wind shield sprayer thingy. When you pushed the window washer button it sprayed straight OUT, about 6 feet. I had more fun zapping people with my renegade spritzer. haha
put them in a line on the street, about 3 feet between each one, and drive. See how many you can squish.
Use them to clean your toilet with.
I was gonna say clean your toilet… @talljasperman beat me to it.
Make bread if you have the right soda.
Get chicken bones and see if the acid actually will dissolve the bones in 24 hours.
Shooting them won’t be as fun if they don’t explode from the carbonation. There won’t be a bang, just a whimper.
Go get some mentos and make a volcano.
@ibstubro Put some in the toilet and brush with a toilet brush then flush. repeat as needed.
So far I’m liking @elbanditoroso‘s idea of running over them. That way they’ll be empty for recycle.
I’ll probably try the toilet thing.
Plus, I like driving over stuff. >:-D
I’ve never tried Mentos, but I’ve seen it on You Tube.
Definitely do the mentos and diet coke trick. It works.
The other cans I’d drink. I don’t care how out of date they are.
A pellet gun would be boring. Shot the cans with a 22 magnum or a 219 at the least. You’ll get a wild reaction. Or freeze the liter bottle and blow it apart.
Diet pop looses it’s sweet pretty quickly after it expires, @LuckyGuy, and the diet Coke is not mine and not to my taste.
Freezing is a nice touch, @Adirondackwannabe. And in this weather I don’t have to worry about it blowing in the freezer…I can just set it outside.
Try one of the cans to see how good of a rust remover it is. I know Coke and Pepsi are pretty good for loosening rusted nuts and bolts.
If I don’t kill them first, @majorrich, I’ll try them on rust.
Marinate ribs in Coke. Doesn’t matter if the Coke is flat.
And, yes, I’ve heard it’s good for removing rust, although I’ve never tried it yet.
Yes, I’ve heard of Coke as a marinade. Dunno about expired diet Coke, though. It could taste pretty nasty.
Oooo! Do you ever make campfires? I’d love to know what happens when a full pop can is place in one.
Never tried cans, but we used to recap empty beer bottles and throw them in the campfire. Pretty frigging spectacular when they exploded. And just as stupid. Why we’re all still standing is beyond me.
@ibstubro I think that diet anything is nasty!
Yeah, we burn crap quite a bit, @LuckyGuy.
Shrapnel, anyone? @Adirondackwannabe
Diet Dr. P really is good, @2davidc8. And I’ve loved Fresca since I was a kid. The Diet Coke was not for me, and I hate it, too.
@ibstubro Probably why I can’t win the lottery. I used up all my luck back then.
I once won $750 and used all my lottery luck up. Not so much as a $10 since.
