Arrgghh! What can I get my staff for Christmas?

I always get a small gift for the hospital staff (veterinary emergency) for Christmas, hopefully something functional. There are 47 of them, so it adds up quickly – I have to budget around $20. I’ve given everyone a personal stethoscope, individual bandage scissors, a nice thermos. This year I thought I had found a great option, a kitty face watch, but after ordering them JCP let me know that they’re out of stock (and also on all of the various permutations).

Now it’s getting down to the wire and I’m out of ideas. (I’ve considered a gift card – it’s an option, but for small amounts, a gift card just seems to emphasize that it’s a pittance.) Help!
