Stress can affect just about any part of the reproductive process. The thing about stress is that it has the power to throw your body chemistry out of whack.

I second @Mimishu1995 ‘s advice. Stop smoking, stay away from sources of stress (Such as your boyfriend, if that’s the case). Get some sleep, focus on your exams.

And if you are worried about those cramps, see your doctor as soon as possible :).
