Happy New Year! Will you be eliminating salt, sugar, fat or other unhealthy stuff in 2015?
Last year I significantly reduced my sugar intake because my sugar levels were higher than usual. By the end of the fall, my levels were back to normal and I lost 17 pounds. This year I am reducing my salt and fat intake because high blood pressure runs in my family. I was researching fats – “good” and “bad” – as well as salt. I was surprised to find out salt is actually a chemical, which I guess most elements are. http://www.seidlerchem.com/salt.htm Will you be eliminating anything from your diet this year? I also want to reduce my intake of wine but will start with salt and fat :)
