Would Einstein's brain taste different from other humans?

If it wasn’t pickled in formaldehyde? Do smart people’s brains taste different from an average persons brain?

And exactly how would that be determined? And by whom?

It’s not as if there’s a Gourmet Brain Tasting Org. giving out ratings, is there now?

Einstein’s would obviously be saltier and fattier.
Human taste ideals.

Maybe the increase in synapses would make it chewier?

I’d imagine most brains would have a unique taste to them, considering the various chemicals that correlate to different behavior etc. For instance, I think serotonin affects how your taste buds work.
