Okay, first I have to ask if you are Bill Cosby. and not just because your picture has a couple humps I wasn’t expecting.

As long as it’s not Chocolate pudding. I am allergic to chocolate pudding. It’s not gelatin and it’s not chocolate individually. Mixed together I get horrible nose bleeds.

jca's avatar

Pudding meaning pudding, not meaning “dessert” as per the UK meaning?

I love pudding. I love tapioca pudding best.

I asked a q on here once “Are you pro-pudding or anti-pudding?”

ucme's avatar

Just sago & i’m there, right after my doc’s appointment, need some custard poured on my spotted dick.

LuckyGuy's avatar

Two scoops please!

cookieman's avatar

If I can dunk a chocolate chip cookie in it, then yes please.

Cruiser's avatar

Tapioca please!

ZEPHYRA's avatar

Yip, bring it on!

rojo's avatar

Can I have figgy pudding? Or is it too late?

dxs's avatar

I do. Pistachio please, and very runny.

I’ve loved pudding, tapioca, custard and flan all my life. Favorite flavors are vanilla and butterscotch! Even the sound of the word pudding makes me crave it, but because I have to watch my sugar intake these days, I mostly do without the stuff. I don’t like the unsweetened kind.

Adirondackwannabe's avatar

I’ve had trouble with pudding ever since I was in the cafeteria at work, and the lady dishing out the pudding licked the spoon, and went right back to dishing out more pudding.

Here2_4's avatar

Mmm, straight to you with love, how special, @Adirondackwannabe .

Adirondackwannabe's avatar

Laughs, you would have had to known her to know the full extent of it. She wasn’t the most hygienic person to start with, if you get my drift.

zenvelo's avatar

Have you had your meat?

I like chia pudding.

rojo's avatar

@zenvelo psssst, your link sends me back to this page.

zenvelo's avatar

You have to eat your meat

rojo's avatar

maybe it is just me

Coloma's avatar

I love Tapioca pudding, I could eat about 4 cups of it in one sitting. Haven’t had it for years, OMG..I have to go get some TODAY! haha

Here2_4's avatar

@rojo , no, it isn’t just you. @zenvelo , you don’t get any pudding. If you can’t come across with any meat, how can you have pudding? @Coloma , stop pushing everyone. You won’t get pudding any faster that way.
Okay, @zenvelo, I stole your portion of meat from another posting, so now you are clear to have puidding.

rojo's avatar

My invite must have gotten lost in the mail @Coloma

ibstubro's avatar

Is it gelatin free?

I think I’ll pass. I tasted of tapioca pudding yesterday, and it was too close to the last really bad head cold I had.

downtide's avatar

Yorkshire pudding, please.

rojo's avatar

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, haven’t had Yorkshire Pudding in donkey’s years!

jca's avatar

To me, tapioca or rice pudding that is pre-made is not very appealing, i.e. Kozy Shack. Homemade tapioca is the best.

janbb's avatar

Had Apple crumble with custard for pudding the bother night. Yummers !

Mimishu1995's avatar

Can anyone let me taste a pudfing for once? I have never known what pudding looks like :(

jca's avatar

@Mimishu1995: You can make it very easily. There are various types. You can google “rice pudding” “egg custard” “vanilla pudding” “tapioca pudding” “butterscotch pudding. Those are just a few. It usually requires milk and either a stove or baking.

ibstubro's avatar

You cannot get tinned or refrigerated pudding, @Mimishu1995. Very similar to yogurt in it’s most popular form in the US.

It won’t make you taller, but it will make you fatter.

Here2_4's avatar

@Mimishu1995 , pudding is like a candy bar you can swallow without chewing. There are very many flavor choices. It can be cooked at home, or now, there are instant forms available. They consist of powdered ingredients, sugar mostly, and all that is needed is to add milk. It has a thick, creamy texture. If you make your own with cooking, after trying it a few times, you can use your own imagination to come up with different flavors.
If you can get access to pudding already made, in cans or plastic containers, or the instant version, it is worth the try, but cooking your own is the best.

janbb's avatar

Similar to custard if you’ve had that, mimishu.

Mimishu1995's avatar

<—- Got even more curioud ~

ibstubro's avatar

How about junket, @Mimishu1995?

It’s getting a stretch. Pudding is similar to custard and custard is similar to custard.

Can’t you order online? Order some good ole Jello Pudding Mix. I can’t cost that much to ship. Although after some reading, it seems there is no small risk of a postal worker getting to eat it instead of you. ;-)

janbb's avatar

@ibstubro Your second sentence has me befuddled.

ibstubro's avatar

You don’t believe Jello Pudding Mix is affordablly available globally? @janbb?

Kardamom's avatar

I would like some Indian rice pudding, known as Kheer. This is the dish in which I first discovered cardamom, and almost had a mouth-gasm.

jca's avatar

Kheer has the best flavor, and that’s how I learned about cardamom, too, @Kardamom. I was with an Indian friend and I told her that it tastes like pine trees smell, and she said “that’s the cardamom!” She told me it’s expensive, and don’t buy it from the supermarket, buy it from an Indian store. It’s waaaaay cheaper at the Indian stores!

Coloma's avatar

I still haven’t gotten myself any pudding. I am craving Butterscotch!:-(

Here2_4's avatar

I am desiring fish tonight. What flavor pudding best follows shark? Or, should I go with apple crisp with that?

Kardamom's avatar

Here you go @Coloma Butterscotch Pudding just for you. I can even have some, because it doesn’t have any gelatin in it. Yay!

Here2_4's avatar

Oh! Yes. Tomorrow’s dinner. Great suggestion, @Kardamom .

Coloma's avatar

@Kardamom That recipe looks divine, I bet I could make a Butterscotch pie with that pudding. Oh mama!

jca's avatar

I think the raspberry mousse recipe looks really good.

ibstubro's avatar

May I have yogurt instead? Flavored with fruit.

Here2_4's avatar

Yogurt sounds delicious right now, with fruit, even frozen.

jca's avatar

@Yetanotheruser: Mousse. Pronounced “moose.” Mooo not squeak LOL.

Strauss's avatar

@jca Raspberry Moose?

Here2_4's avatar

@jca Ha ha. You have been pulled around by the nose.

jca's avatar

@Here2_4: By the antlers. hahaha!

Strauss's avatar

How about black pudding (aka blood sausage)?

ibstubro's avatar

Or a nice Liver Pudding if @Yetanotheruser‘s is a little too dark for you.
