Edited:She was debating it with an Eric (on The Current (cbc) about 2 weeks ago or so) who also has an editorial in one of the major American newspapers.
Also what is Eric’s last name?

I found it here, but you have to scroll down under the player on the right-hand side. The title is “I am Charlie vs. France’s hate speech crackdown”. The blurb reads:
“Can a commitment to free expression be consistent with harsh hate speech laws? In the wake of the Charlie Hebdo shootings, human rights lawyer Nina Shea and author Erik Bleich debate that question this week with Brent.”
Thanks @dappled_leaves I heard that it was on The Current. It’s unlikely they would have been on both shows.
Ah, I didn’t even notice it was Day 6 until you mentioned it. My original search was for The Current. But you’re probably right, I imagine they would only do one together.
