How low can interest rates go in Canada and other countries?

The Bank of Canada has lowered its prime lending rate to .75% could it go to 0 or in the negative.

I don’t believe it could ever go in the negative, but we will see I really doubt it could go any lower than it already is.

As low as the bankers want…..
Money As Debt

Something we all take for granted, is where money comes from, and how it is created.
The crazy part about interest, is since our economy is based on fractional reserve banking, or debt based, the interest being charged on money being lent, does not even technically exist, yet, just like a Ponzi Scheme.
Ever wonder why the economy must be in a state of constant growth?
