Early morning? Late at night? After a meal? Ladies, before the crucial time of the month? Before the onset of a migraine? When is it that you feel worse for wear?

I feel at my worst – When I trod in dog shite.
Caused by – Dogs
When I get into a depressive episode. Kicked off by something in my life that is extremely upsetting, triggering my PTSD and/or Bipolar Disorder.
When I try a new team sport and I’m not good at it and yet people who are experts in that sport are too chicken to tell me I’m bad at it. Worse, they lead me to think I’m doing good and as aset to the team. Later I learn that I was so bad that that everyone were embarassed to have me on their team. I felt humiliated, a little angry and hurt especially since I gave 100% effort to the team.
When something triggers a memory of someone that I have lost painfully.
Early morning. When I had to get up at six a.m. regularly, I started every day already exhausted, borderline depressed. It is just not my time.
