How to remove picasa pics from computer when picasa is already totally deleted?

i deleted picasa off my computer some time ago. I just bought a new phone and my picasa pics came up on my phone. I figured out how to get rid of them there but i really want to totally delete them off picasa which I no longer have on my computer.

You should be able to delete the picasa pics by right-clicking on the image and selecting delete from the menu.
