About 80% most days. I am in a very fortunate time of life – between obligation to others and decrepitude.
Most of it. I really can’t think of any part of my day that is regularly bad these days. But I tend to have a short memory for such things.
Typically, all of it. Of course, in some days, there are some rougher moments, but like @Espiritus_Corvus I have a fairly short memory of such things, and like @janbb I am fortunate to be healthy and between obligations and decrepitude.
Life is good.
The parts I like best are usually when I’m alone.
Hear Hear @jca! That’s true for me as well, the time I am alone is pure bliss
<===================> << about that big…ish.
When I wasn’t working I liked the majority of my day. Now I’m working in a job not really meant for me and the hours I am there, about 20–25 hours a week are mostly just getting through. I really enjoy not working, but I did miss making money.
When I worked in my career field I liked my day as long as I wasn’t feeling overwhelmed or physically exhausted. Living in Florida is a huge plus, because the weather helps me enjoy myself in general. I feel like I live on vacation. Walk outside and it’s vacation. I can look out the window and feel the bliss.
Provided that nothing bad happens during the day, I enjoy all moments. I can find at least one good thing in every moment. I’m a happy-go-lucky type, mostly.
I like most of my day. I can’t think of any part of it that I regularly dislike. I have favourite bits but it’s all good.
4:30am – 6:00am, because this is the time I work out in our garage gym (or spare bedroom if it’s cardio day). It my “me time” and I love it.
12:30pm – 1:30pm, because that’s my lunch break. I get to close my door, do a little 10-minute cardio workout after sitting on my butt all morning, then eat my lunch, and relax before starting work again.
6:00pm – 9:00pm, because that’s my time with my husband. Dinner, walking the dog, and relaxing on the couch watching TV or talking.
9:00pm – 4:30am, because sleep is amazing, especially when I can actually manage to get a good night’s sleep in.
In other words, work usually sucks, but it’s a necessary evil. Gotta make that money.
Mostly just the evenings after I finish my obligations for the day, lately. I used to be happy during my obligations too, but not so much anymore. I think I’m just burnt out on school.
