"Autocomplete still not working" entry in Google's troubleshooting is it Mar 4 or 9?

The 3rd entry “Autocomplete still not working” by Mark Elser at:
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!categories/customsearch/troubleshooting-and-bugs
it says Mar 9 but when it is clicked on it displays Mar 4. Is it an error?
