Is it an illness for someone who can't lie?

Is always telling the truth an illness?

Illness? No, probably not. Is it a detriment? Absolutely.

No. Though in some cases one has to withold the truth so as not to hurt someone. Other than that honesty really is the best policy and one that many cannot somach easily.

Being unable to avoid fact-telling, or being compelled to always fact-tell is very likely an indication of some sort of pathology.
