Band camp essentials?

I have band camp for 6 days and 5 nights, we rehearse about 10 hours a day outside, there is a pool, we stay in tiny dorm rooms, it’s for marching band, the food there is okay I’ve heard, what do I need to pack?

Also, I’m in percussion.

Lots of sunscreen, apply regularly
Lots of water
A string for your dot book so you can wear it around your neck
A hat
Sunglasses
A rag to wipe off sweat
Bug Spray
Extra reeds/sticks or whatever
Extra Food
Clothes
Toiletries

What part of the world is it in (i.e., what is the climate like), and what time of year?

I’d bring a book and some tunes. For the dorm room, earplugs, maybe a flashlight. I’m guessing they’ll schedule your time pretty well and keep you busy.
