New apartment: How do I help my dog settle in?

My Lab is ten, and she’s usually a very reliable dog. However, I just took her along for seeing my new flat, and she was panting and shaking. I’d hate for her to associate our new place with feeling stressed. We’ve moved before, but she was a lot younger then.

First idea I’ve had is to take a Kong along for the next visits, and leave when she’s done licking. Any other ideas?
