I love questions like these.
Deadmau’s Alone with you.
Alpha-X’s Sansar Sonics.
@Blackberry I love answers like these… Try deadmau5 – aural psynapse.
I’ve had Built to Spill’s Broken Chairs on repeat in my head all day.
New to me, hilarious, and I’m trying to integrate into local conversation.
You had to stay stuck in your head. I watched a silly video on Facebook, and have been unable to get the Beyonce song “If you like it, then you shoulda out a ring on it.” permanently out my head. It keeps creeping back in at odd moments. Really awful!
Trouble
by Ziggy Azalea and Jennifer Hudson
I cannot sit still when this is on. Hot damn.
Strawberry Letter 23, The Brothers Johnson.
@cookieman: You must mean Iggy Azalea not Ziggy Azalea.
Airwaves by Ray LaMontagne
@jca An oldie but definitely a goody.
I can’t get enough of Iggy Szn and Don’t Need Y’all by Iggy Azalea
Two I am listening to a lot:
The Killers Human
Lumineers Ho Hey
I can’t pick favorites, but the Pokemon theme song is currently stuck in my head. Such a great song…I love having it in my head. I feel a piano arrangement coming on haha.
@Tbag Oh hell yea man I’ve had that on my iPod for years. Driving down the highway alone during the Summer blasting Aural Psynapse can’t be beat. Great bassline.
Get Lucky. Not really my favorite, but stuck in my head.
Nice question.
‘This song saved my life’
@jca: Oops sorry. Didn’t mean to give a ‘Z’.
That lovely, plaintive Lennon song, “In My Life,” remained firmly stuck in my head for hours yesterday after I heard Cynthia Lennon talk-sing it here. It always does when I hear any version of it. The lyrics are so amazing.
For some reason (I have stopped looking for reasons this happens) This old Jimmy Buffet has been on my mind for a couple of days now.
@ibstubro thought you might enjoy this quote from Butch Hancock:
“Life in Lubbock, Texas, taught me two things: One is that God loves you and you’re going to burn in Hell. The other is that sex is the most awful, filthy thing on Earth and you should save it for someone you love.”
LOL, @rojo! I’m new to the Flatlanders.
Pay the Alligator put me to mind of Banana Puddin by SCOTS.
I Really Like You by Carly Rae Jepson. So cute and lovely, and Tom Hanks is in the video clip!
Also Uptown Funk and Blank Space.
Never Again, Again – Lee Ann Womak or Just A Girl – Lady Antebellum
