I would absolutely be the guitar, firstly because I play It extremely well, and I have been told many times that It almost becomes an extension of me when I play, I become so engrossed In playing It. The guitar Is one of the primary instruments used In most If not all genre’s of music just like my vast taste In music. I love the sound and the shape of the guitar It’s a beautiful Instrument and I love playing different types of guitars as well as singing for other people, family, friends…I guess my voice Is also another fine Instrument but yes the guitar Is certainly what I would be If I were an Instrument…What about you, What musical instrument would you be and why?

Before I read your details I was thinking I’d be an electric guitar, because it can display such a wide range of emotions. It can be mournful, soulful, frenetic, wailing, etc. I don’t have mood swings but I do like to let my emotions show in my music.
@Adirondackwannabe I’m loving your answer, your reason why you would be this Instrument is spot and well said! i love the guitar :)
A flute. Hard to master, but once you do, it will sound great. Its soft sound is calming to the ears. It is best when playing solo, in a quiet, open space.
This is all fantasy, right?
A clarinet, long, hard, smooth and melodious.
I would be a piano. Depending on who is pushing my buttons I can be beautiful and amazing, or horrid and despicable.
Saxophone. It is just so expressive.
@filmfann I love the sassy sound of a sax and i agree it is so expressive.
A state-of-the-art electronic keyboard capable of perfectly emulating any instrument.
A cello, nestled against one of these ladies. Do I really need to give a reason?
Seriously, I do love the cello pouring out its deep, rich tones. It’s how I like to think of myself.
I’m torn between an oboe and a bassoon.
Piano. So beautiful, dynamic, and versatile—just like me :D
I am torn between two instruments:
1) the violin, given its ability to beautifully deliver an incredibly wide range of music, from backwoods folk fiddlin’ to serious classical music. While the violin can serve as a soloist for an orchestra, it is equally at home behind the scenes contributing to the overall beauty of the composition being played.
2) The bagpipes, which can be playful, solid, and soulful all at the same time.
Pan flute. It would suit my peace loving nature.
I love hand drums, have Celtics, Congas, Djembes, and a Burkina Faso Bendre.
I’d be a Djembe hand drum, firm and well rounded, fun, energetic, playful and diverse.

@Safie Lets have a beer and play on the porch tonight. :-)
Probably a piano, but I absolutely love listening to violins.
When I’m very happy and feeling carefree I would say steel drums.
A skull and two bones, to use as a drum. I’m simple and direct, and I like Vikings.
