I need an outdoor flowering plant to cover a railing planter. Suggestions?

It’s been awhile so I can’t remember how to post a link here.
Anyhow, my planters are similar to this one, but I want to hide the planters if possible. The planters were given to me and they don’t quite match the wooden railing, so I want most of the planter to be hidden.
