Where can I find a Free Forum generator for me and my coworkers to discuss work topics?

I am trying to find a way for me and my coworkers to collaborate online (not project oriented). A forum is the first thought. Does anyone know of a site that will host a forum for free? Also, are there ways to make forums private to keep the public out (since this is work related and we do have competitors)?

I googled "free forum" and came up with several. You've probably already tried those.

Okay, so I thought I'd go ahead and check it out for you. It worked. There might be some more aesthetically pleasing sites out there. But at least we know it's possible.
