You can’t. Not without dying, anyway. Professional bodybuilders who spend their entire waking lives honing and shaping their bodies can get down to perhaps 2 or 3 percent body fat with monumental amounts of constant effort. The only way you’ll get rid of all your body fat is to starve yourself to death.

If your question is more about general weight-loss, try eating whole foods. Insulin encourages the body to store fat. Anything which causes spikes of insulin should be avoided. The Glycemic Index measures the relative amounts of insulin different foods will cause your body to release. If you want to lose weight without altering the amount you eat, eat low-GI foods. Whole foods generally have a much lower GI than processed foods. Contrary to popular belief, not all calories are equal. Exactly the same number of calories in high-GI foods will cause you to gain more weight than low-GI foods.

Long-term weightloss is so difficult that statistically it’s close to zero. Bariatric specialists believe today that surgical intervention is the only long-term solution for obesity. If you expect to take weight off for any appreciable period of time, you’re going to completely change your relationship with food. It can’t be something special you do; if it’s not something you can maintain for the rest of your life, it’s not going to work.

Even the thinnest people who are in the best, most tip-top shape have some degree of body fat on their bodies.

I found this from livingstrong.com
For women it is important to not go any lower than 10 to 13 percent body fat and men should go no lower than 2 to 5 percent body fat, according to the American Council on Exercise. Athletic women are in the range of 14 to 20 percent body fat and athletic men are between 6 and 13 percent body fat. A woman who is considered fit has between 21 and 24 percent body fat, and a fit man falls between 14 and 17 percent. Higher than this is considered the average category which is still an acceptable amount of fat. Women in this category have a percent body fat of 25 to 31 percent and men are between 18 and 24 percent. Going higher than these percentages classifies you as overweight and places you at a higher risk of weight-related health problems.

The ranges also change with age. The older you get the more fat you actually need. But to answer your question. I guess you would have to be on a whole veggie diet that doesn’t include fruits of veggies that contain fat. But fat helps our bodies in so many ways and in a fat free diet you will start to lose muscles as well and don’t forget the heart is very much a muscle. You will get low in energy, and even lose hair.

Diet by eating well (switch eating cakes for fruits and eat less starches by substituting them with healthy veggies and don’t add salad dressing unless it’s vinegar and oil and substitute sweet drinks for water) and exercising, and getting enough sleep, and staying well hydrated. Weight watchers actually works. You have to be determined to keep with the program. And don’t beat yourself up for days you slip. Just pick right up the next day.

I have known several people who have had to have their gallbladder removed because they didn’t eat enough fat. We were designed (or evolved, your choice) to function with a certain level of fat. It is essential to our survival.
Please consider, if you are obsessed with eliminating all fat from your body, seeking counseling. This type of obsession can become deadly.
The most attractive bodies have their fat in all the right places.
