It doesn’t have to be a particularly big thing.
For instance I know carrying my inch and a half thick wallet in my back pocket is generally bad for me, but I continue to do it until cargo short season returns.

Staying up late. Night is the only time when I’m truly alone, and being alone means I can do whatever I like.
But it seems that staying up late is a trend among youngsters nowadays.
Lying prone for long periods of time. It helps me relax.
Quite a few things, but the way I see it, no blood relative of mine has seen 65 anyways so I may as well enjoy the time I have left.
My biggest thing is probably too much Pepsi, followed by cheese.
Another vote for beer.
it makes me a jolly good fellow
Sheet. I quit smoking. I quit caffeine. Now the doctors are hounding me to give up alcohol, too, even though all my liver and every other test in the world come out great. What the hell? Do they want, like, the perfect humanoid?
I carry a backpack with me 24/7. I wonder if it is bad for my back. I also carry a wallet in my back pocket, though much thinner than yours, but can’t seem to think anything is wrong with that.
For things I know for sure are bad for me (even though I’m young and thin), I eat one meal every day I work at my fast food joint, which is about three days a week.
I am overweight, I don’t mind my posture when I’m working on my computer and I don’t work on flexibility like I should. Those things are soon going to bite me in the arse.
Anything containing sugar.
I smoke a few cigarettes, ( have quit and started again a few times ) have a cocktail or 4 a few times a month, a little marijuana a few times a year, eat too much sugar, love to cook amazing foods.
I am an epicure at heart ( nice word for hedonist ) but…hey, I don’t do heroin. lol
I exercise and/or walk 5–6 days a week but continue to put off knee replacement, which my doctor recommended years ago.
Sitting too long each day and sugar.
@ibstubro Or perhaps I can carry two wallets around?
Balance the wallet with a cell phone, @dxs.
@ibstubro Genius! But then there’s an increased risk of buttdial.
