Can I put Fluther on my resume?
Maybe as an unpaid intern? Or volunteer?

I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s frivolous and useless.
You can put whatever the hell you want, but it’s not going to help you get a job. Just the opposite, most likely.
Yes of course if you intend to work for Fluther, or if there’s a request for a list of hobbies. Otherwise, considering participation here as somehow qualifying you for employment will almost certainly cast doubt on your reasoning skills.
Well sure! Something like “I have a lot of experience in updating my Facebook status” would look great on your resume ~
You can… but it might depend on to what you’re applying whether it would be a good idea or not, which is subjective.
Sure why not, if your goals are that low.
You do realize they can look Fluther up, and you’ ll be outed.
I’m with @syz on this one. You can put whatever the hell you like.
If you’re in need of references for your resume, sprinkle in some some businesses that were active during that time frame that are now defunct.
I would also wonder about anything you may written. Unlike facebook, most people don’t know your real name. If they look up your alias, is there anything you said that may not be flattering?
What are you thinking?!!!!!!
@ZEPHYRA I spend most of my day on Fluther. Just wondering if I can get credit for time spent.
No. There would be no credit. You’re just in here gossiping. I mean, how good would that look? It’s like putting the fact you have 680 friends on facebook on your resume.
I would only ever do that if I tried to work for another q&a site. Say like if Auggie ever wants to work as a paid manager or mod for some big community site, then she could put Fluther as past experience in that field of work. But there is no benefit in putting that on your resume if you’re gonna apply like for a factory or just about anything else.
