If you were attacked unarmed in an enchanted forest which would you rather be attacked by details inside?

A bit of fluff to muse over, you are walking in an enchanted forest (they don’t really exist) unarmed and defenseless, would you rather be attacked by something as large as a bus that slithered, has mandibles, or fangs and long claws (neither exist….but…)?

The clawed monster.
Just cast Axii, jump on its back and break its neck. Easy.
On the other hand, of course, the centipede might be vulnerable to Igni

I am going to change my answer. The beast with claws and fangs is most likely a werewolf. Those bastards are quick and agile.
The centipede should be easy to avoid while I incinerate it.
Reminds me of the time I trapped a Wyvern in a corner and slowly burnt it to death.

I don’t really care which it is, as long as it drops loot after I shank it to death. Because as we all know, stuff that doesn’t exist always drops loot after you kill it, even if it’s a being that shouldn’t be carrying anything to begin with. (although you could probably male good armor from parts of the centipede)

Just because it slithers, doesn’t necessarily mean it is a centipede…..could be something different, a slug, snake, who knows…....

Well, you’re right, centipedes don’t slither. But who cares, I want loot.

Something as large as a bus that has claws and fangs has clearly evolved to be a powerful predator and I would be a mere snack for it. I wouldn’t stand a chance against that. I’d go for the slithery thing. I’d stick a grappling iron in it’s back and ride it, like Muad Dib rode the Sandworm.
