For those of you who have seen Jurassic Park 4: Jurassic World, how much did you hate this movie, and why?

@ragingloli, well that’s disappointing. I’ve been looking forward to seeing this. It’s been a shit year for films. I’ve barely been to the cinema and only because there hasn’t been much on that’s attracted me. And I LOVE films.

I enjoyed it a lot. i went to see genetically engineered dinosaurs running amok, over the top effects and big budget action. I was not disappointed.
But then, I didn’t walk in with a critical eye, I went to be entertained. Anything else would be silly.
@Earthbound_Misfit: You might enjoy it, after all. It was a fun ride.

ETA: And it was not marketed as, or intended to be ” Jurassic Park 4”.

@Earthbound_Misfit, you probably don’t need me to tell you this, but please don’t pay attention to anyone else’s opinion. See it, as I’m sure you still will, and form your own opinion. I can’t begin to tell you how many movies I’ve loved that others dissed.

I only watched it because my favourite movie review guys, Mike Stoklasa and Jay Bauman, were divided on it. Jay hated it, Mike loved it.
I wanted to see which side I fall on.
Turns out I hated the movie.

Movies are very much personal taste, I have loved movies the critics hated, and hated movies the critics loved, I go by more what the people close to me say about it.

The first movie will always be better. I liked Jurassic World though, although the majority of the characters were so stupid.

I saw it last night. It was what I expected. Great scenery, handsome lead actor, beautiful lead actress, a little controversy, a little humor thrown in.
