Is anyone else a brittany spaniel lover?

i had never heard of these dogs before i met my fiancee's dog merlin. he has so much personality...he's like a third person in our lives. every brittany spaniel i've met since seems to be similar. anyone else own a brittany?

The AKC dropped with word “Spaniel” from the official breed’s name, in 1982. If you’d like to know more about the breed, there is a club specifically for those who love them:
