What cuts of beef do you like , and what cuts do you hate?
I like ribs and rib eyes. What do you like? Do you like sirloin? I hate sirloin. I like blade steak. I hate flank, unless it’s as beef jerky. What about you?

When I was a kid I loved sirloin (a high quality cut then than it is now) but these daysmy favorite is ribeye. I also love prime rib with creamy horseradish sauce..
I’m not a big fan of butt. I guess that’s an acquired taste.

First choice is tenderloin, but at $16–18 a pound, we don’t eat much of it anymore.
Second choice is ribeye.
Don’t care for sirloin or new york.
I love a good filet mignon. Little truffle butter on top, grilled lobster tail on the side. Mmmm.
Filet and brisket. I don’t care for 80/20 ground beef.
