Do you find it hard to hold ones breath when rinsing with mouth wash?

Asked by talljasperman (21919points) July 22nd, 2015

Also do you count to thirty? Is it a good idea to sell a timer with mouthwash? Also can you rinse you mouth with water or do you have to wait 30 minutes before rinsing?

It depends on the mouthwash. Some are stronger than others and require less rinse. I don’t typically have trouble holding my breath though. Are you a smoker?

I’ve noticed I run out of breath a lot quicker than I used to. Elevation and smoking was affecting me big time. I’ve since quit smoking but the elevation still gets me from time to time.

You can rinse and breath at the same time. You just have to be conscious of what you’re doing until it becomes second nature.
