Is there no software that weeds out some posts under newspaper articles' or blogs' comments segment?

Instead of ending the whole comments segment or leaving it as is, with all the hostile comments, I mean. If the post includes words, or phrases like x, y, z (insult words, vulgar words, etc. ) it just won’t make it.
