How would I find the serial number for my mac mini, since I misplaced the manual and receipt from the store?

Click on the Apple menu (it’s an Apple symbol) in the top left corner of the screen. Select “About This Mac.” Your serial number is listed along with other things like your hardware.

Apple indicates the mini serial number is on the bottom.
But they also suggest to just it get it from the “About this Mac” window if the mini is working.
