So what finally happened with/to the Ashley Madison site?

Those who hacked the site said that if it wasn’t shut down, they would release the confidential info of thousands of users.
Well, they’re still online and presumably the due date has come and gone.
So, what’s going on about all this? It was ubiquitous in news stories a month or two ago and now silence. Were any of those responsible for the hacking ever arrested? Was the data ever published as threatened?
Inquiring minds want to know :)
