Resources for machine shop videos or industrial design builds?

I am mechanical engineer looking to learn more about machine shop equipment, design techniques and industrial design.

I am looking for any resources that show step by step processes on how to make things. In particular, one offs or prototypes. I just want to see and learn tricks of the trade.
