I’m in love! Watching that woman perform made me forget your question and everything else. The mesmerizing sight of a woman earning a living through rude and absolutely obnoxious derision is for me nothing short of spellbinding. Don’t make the mistake of believing that what she is doing is easy. There is an absolute art to her performance, and I almost hold my breath in concentration at the wonder on just how long and consistently she can pour out the insults. The broad has talent!

Does that mean the restaurant own the building where Gino’s locates at or it has another meaning?

The original location of Gino’s was on the same city block as Debevic’s. So she’s saying that Debevic’s owns the building where Gino’s was located.
