Jared the ex-spokesman for Subway has plead guilty to having child porn and having sex with minors. His wife is divorcing him. Under the law, will he be allowed to see his kids?

While he’s in prison? That’s an interesting question. I don’t know if a pedophile has to stay away from his own kids.
I don’t believe he has to stay away from his own kids unless there’s something specific from a judge about it. Probably they’d get statements from his kids saying he’s never bothered them, and then it would be ok, or his lawyer could fight for it.
I guess he is not giving any more kids his footlong.
Probably with supervision (deputy, etc.) in the room.
I heard on the news tonight that he will not be able to see his kids without supervision. I don’t know if the kids will be forced to visit with him, though.
If he lived here, he would never have had that right taken away. My ex is convicted of hitting his son, but I still have to try to send my son to visit his father every other weekend.
Supervision comes from either social services or an agency that is paid by him to supervise visits. Supervision is not done by the police.
