What do you think about Steam (tm) starting to offer Movie Streaming?

For example, the entire Mad Max Quadrilogy is available on Steam.
Do you think this is a positive for consumers, or could this be a long term negative as a Valve controled monopoly in digital distribution is looming over the horizon?

I think they’re late to the game and aren’t going to make much of a dent against heavyweights such as Netfilx, Amazon and Hulu.
