Does anyone know what this television short is?

In 2003, when I lived in England and was seven, I watched this cartoon short several times, either on Boomerang or Cartoon Network.

It was about a cowboy from the Wild West who got himself in dangerous situations, not because of any stupidity or incompetence you understand, but simply due to having an adventure, and it had male narration, which sounded similar, but not identical to, the narrator of The Legend of Korra, the narrator of the fictional show Crash Nebula in The Fairly Odd Parents in the episode in which Mark Chang first appears, the fictional superhero narrator Spider-Man imagines in the episode of Ultimate Spider-Man in which he discovers that Harry Osborn has the Venom Symbiote, or the character in one episode of Animaniacs who asked and got one or two of the Warner siblings help in delivering his campaign promises “to the post office.”, similar, but not identical (by the way, I don’t like Animaniacs even though I’ve only seen a few episodes and parts of a few episodes due to it being shallow, being irreverent <in the Christmas episode with the Nativity, although admittedly in retrospect it was refreshing to have a Christmas special which mentioned Jesus – but the way, I’m an atheist>, and having satire or parody, the latter two <irreverence and satire and parody, not just satire and parody> is inappropriate for little kids).

The character was dressed as a stereotypical cowboy, with blond hair, either overweight or muscled or both (although he did not, to use the vulgar American slang, “beer belly”), and bore somewhat of a resemblance to the fat, red-haired bully from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (I forgot his name).

The only short I remember begins with the narrator saying, “When we last saw (character’s name), he was facing a landslide, can he get out?”, and the background at the beginning showed tied up in the semi-desert of the United States, perhaps with mountains and perhaps mesas in the background, but I am not sure, and then showed the landslide of red rocks falling down the mountain or cliff or canyon (I assumed it was a cliff at the time, and if had thought about it I guess I would have thought it was a mesa).

The cowboy freed himself (I forgot how), and escaped before the rocks fell on him – the rocks falling after he escaped was shown. He found the villain who put him in this mess, and confronted him. But the villain put him in another predicament (I forgot how). He was tied up on the railway tracks and left there as a train came by quickly.

The short ended with a shot of the cowboy tied up on the rail tracks, followed by a shot of the train (which was black) heading towards him, followed by another shot of the cowboy being tied up, with the narrator saying, “Will (character’s name get out of this predicament? Tune in next week for another episode of (television short’s name)!”

At the time, I didn’t like the show for the reason I never got to catch up between episodes – I know that sounds silly, and I apologize, but I, as I have said before, was only seven at the time, and I no longer hold that ridiculous view.

Does anyone know what this television short was? Really, I want to know.
